We are all looking forward for the sea of red that will be on Trinity Sunday! After celebrating Pentecost, we will honor our Lord in the Trinity celebration! See you all Sunday! Bring your knittings ideas as well!
Anyone with good ideas on knitting are welcome to give ideas for all at the church. Many interested knitters and beginners to start new projects anyone might have! Hope to see all you happy knitters! Looking forward to 3 busy weeks of Easter 6, Ascension Day Services, Easter 7, Day of Pentecost, Vigil and Trinity Sunday. Also in there is Confirmation Day! Hope you will take time to celebrate in this busy church time! See you Sunday! Hopefully it will not be hot as of yet at that time of year. Hopefully all of us will check everyone so that we don't bring the same thing on our potluck extras! Just a hint!Make a list of what each person is bringing on sign-up sheet! Still need crocheters, and Knitters! Hopefully we will get some crafters out there that would beinterested in doing our prayer shawl ministry. All knitters are welcome and beginners as well. Will post the prayer shawl ministry site for all. All of the scriptures really show that our Savior is passionate for us and has laid down His life for us and now is our risen Lord! This wipes away Adam and Eve's sin. A time of many blessings! Many things are happening in the week after Jesus rose from the dead and all the story is in most of the gospels! Happy reading for this joyous time the Lord has given to us! Our Palm Sunday is ushering in our blessed event of our Savior's sacrifice for us! We now know the outcome, but those at that time were confused and frightened with their leader's mistreatment. Jesus even told them what was to happen, but still it was a shock to those who saw Him do miracles and saw God's power through Him. To see someone that powerful turned over to be scourged and ridiculed, only until Sunday did they see and understand. We are looking forward to our Passion Sunday! Our entrance will be made outside the church and with palms (with good weather). Looking forward for your attendance! Looking for the Easter Egg hunt coming up on Easter!
